WELCOME!
Welcome to SD School of Martial Arts in Colchester, home to the professional
teaching of karate and other martial arts. Our karate team has competed in 14
competitions in 2008, triumphant at all those which had an overall title to be
won.
A leading member of the English Karate Federation, we are the only martial arts
centre in the east of England to be included within the London 2012 Pre-Games
Training Camp Guide.
All our instructors are either current or former England karate internationals
and our Colchester dojo is the largest in Essex.
Our reputation in the Colchester and north Essex area is second to none and we
have featured on BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
We hold classes to cater for everyone's individual needs. Whether your interest
be in karate, kickboxing, Krav Maga or boxing, from the moment you walk through
the door, you'll be greeted with a smile and a safe, professional environment.
As well as mixed classes, we have Little Dragons, Little Monkeys, Little
Grasshoppers and Kid Kick classes for toddlers and children.
