All of our instructors are either current or former national, european or world champions in their own field and have years of experience of professional teaching both with children and adults.

Our reputation in the Colchester and North Essex area is second to none and we have featured on BBC, ITV and Channel 4.

We hold classes to cater for everyone's individual needs. Whether your interest be in Karate, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai or Boxing, from the moment you walk through the door, you'll be greeted with a smile and a safe, professional environment. As well as mixed classes, we also offer age specific classes:- Little Monkeys, Little Grasshoppers and Dinky Boppers for pre-schoolers, aswell as Kid Kick, Junior Grappling and Junior Thai Kickboxing for school age children.
