The original Little Dragons class in Colchester was launched at the SD School of Martial Arts and is a programme designed to give your child a positive start in life.

With a full structured syllabus of life skills themed to karate and other martial arts, this is an ideal opportunity for children to learn how to learn!

We stimulate their concentration and help them learn to channel their energy in a positive manner.

We help them learn to focus and to listen, whilst teaching them valuable life skills and the benefits of good behaviour and respect.
