From self-defence, to sumo wrestling, we have a great package to suit your needs.
We can supply the venue (a fully equipped martial arts dojo, conveniently located close to Colchester town centre with ample free parking), a buffet lunch, meeting area and unique activities with your own highly skilled and motivational martial arts instructors.
Don a helmet, enter the Gladiator Arena and battle it out with pugal sticks (your chance to bash the boss?!) Knock your opponent from their pedestal and hear your team mates cheer as your prey falls to the inflatable floor.
Climb through the ropes of our boxing ring and discover the warrior in you with our ‘Trojan Sword Fight’. Use your shield for defence and score with your sword (both weapons are made of foam) to win the round and more points for your team.
If you have the energy you can slip into a sumo suit and take to the mat. Go head to head and watch your opposition roll helplessly around, with legs flailing, unable to regain their footing. Always a winner in the fun stakes!
Settle the competition with an obstacle/relay race to really sort ‘the men from the boys’ (or girls of course!)
On a more serious note, we can also offer an incredible and invaluable self-defence seminar, again in our purpose built dojo, which will give peace of mind to both you and your staff. Show them you care.
