LITTLE DRAGONS

The original Little Dragons class in Colchester was launched at the SD School of Martial Arts and is a programme designed to give your child a positive start in life. With a full structured syllabus of life skills themed to karate and other martial arts, this is an ideal opportunity for children to learn how to learn!

We stimulate their concentration and help them learn to channel their energy in a positive manner. We help them learn to focus and to listen, whilst teaching them valuable life skills and the benefits of good behaviour and respect.

Little Dragon classes are aimed at the younger student to teach them respect and good behaviour - both in and out of their martial arts class.

• Flexibility

• Motor Fitness

• Self Esteem

• Self Defence

• Confidence

• Life Skills

Stranger awareness, emergency procedures and how to avoid bullying are all part of the syllabus. We work closely with parents & teachers to help improve behaviour at home and school, encouraging the early development of self-discipline
